His passion for the field comes from the happiness and satisfaction that a patient expresses when a life-long problem is resolved beautifully. That’s why Dr. Boyd loves the opportunity to teach his patients and motivate their awareness of their health.
Dr. Boyd’s life has been greatly enriched by creating and maintaining long-term relationships with interesting people and learning from their life experiences. This has continually broadened his horizons and offered a source of continuing motivation.
Dr. Boyd loves exercising regularly and having a spiritual life. He and his long-term partner share joy in mentoring young people both here in New York and in Greenport, Long Island.
Dr. Boyd also collects art, especially Long Island art from the turn of the century, and has an extensive garden of exotic and native plants. He’s active in ethical charity services in his small village to support and improve the lives of families in vulnerable positions.
